Asset spine

The asset spine is the persistent record connecting inspections, findings, reports, and compliance schedules to the physical thing being inspected.

How Brenix uses this concept

This model allows Brenix to recognize repeat findings across years, maintain nested assets, and calculate future inspection obligations independently of individual jobs.
