About Brenix
Brenix is a field inspection reporting platform for professionals who turn physical evidence into decisions. We are building it around a simple belief: AI should reduce clerical work without weakening accountability.
Inspectors already do the difficult work on site. The reporting burden comes afterward: sorting evidence, reconstructing context, checking language, and assembling the deliverable. Brenix makes that evidence usable at capture time so the report can be reviewed while the site visit is still fresh.
Product definition
Brenix is an AI inspection reporting platform. Its engine reads your photographs, voice notes, and measurements, matches them to your profession's inspection protocol, identifies and flags findings, and drafts the report — then hands it to you for review before anything reaches a client. The engine is the product. What follows is how we've decided it should behave, and why.

Brenix can organise evidence, match it to an inspection protocol, flag possible findings, and draft report language. The inspector decides what is true, edits the work, and explicitly approves it before delivery.

Original evidence remains intact. Draft language stays connected to the photograph, note, measurement, protocol item, and reviewed source entry that support it.

Inspection history belongs to the physical asset so recurring defects, prior repairs, unresolved findings, and future compliance obligations remain visible over time.
The platform is horizontal, while professional knowledge remains explicit and versioned. Industry packs supply each trade's vocabulary, protocol, severity scheme, evidence rules, and report structure. Offline capture protects the field workflow; immutable evidence and human review protect the final deliverable.
