Customers are responsible for authorized users, assigned roles, account security, and lawful use. Organization owners control membership and must promptly revoke access that is no longer required.

Terms
These terms describe the agreement governing access to Brenix and allocation of responsibility between Brenix and customer organizations.
Customer data and evidence
Customers retain their rights in inspection data and direct Brenix to process it to provide the service. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to capture, upload, process, and distribute evidence and reports.
Professional responsibility
Brenix assists with evidence organization and report preparation. It does not replace required professional judgment, licensing, review, or compliance obligations. Customers remain responsible for approving findings and delivered reports.
Subscriptions and service limits
Paid plans are expected to be metered by seats and assets under management. Final prices, renewal terms, suspension rights, warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute provisions require commercial and legal approval.
