The inspection workflow
Capture once. Leave with the report done.
Evidence capture, grounded drafting, human review, and versioned delivery—without trading field speed for professional accountability.

STEP 01
Capture evidence with its context
Photos, voice notes, measurements, checklist progress, and device timestamps remain connected to the inspection record and are ready to synchronize.
STEP 02
Ground every drafted finding
When connectivity returns, Brenix maps evidence to the job’s pinned industry pack. Draft language comes from its reviewed comment library and keeps the source identifier.
STEP 03
Review the uncertain work first
Findings are ordered for triage, with confidence and provenance visible. The inspector accepts, edits, or rejects each draft; AI content cannot silently pass into delivery.
STEP 04
Deliver a reproducible report
The approved content is composed using the pack’s report layout. The rendered PDF is hashed and versioned so the delivered artifact cannot change underneath the recipient.

Designed around field reality.
Evidence capture is structured for fast field work. Uploads, analysis, and rendering continue asynchronously so inspectors can keep the inspection moving.
Original evidence remains immutable. Rotation, annotation, redaction, and enhancement are stored as derived layers, preserving the evidentiary original.
